Join us Saturday, June 1st 2019 at the Underhill Gardens for a blues concert, wine tasting, quick draw, wet paint auction & more!  We’ve combined the excitement of a timed quick draw with live music and wine. What could be better? Painters compete in a 2 hr artist quick draw while enjoying a blues concert by  3 different blues bands and sampling top Idaho food and wines. This one of a kind event takes place in the picturesque setting of  the Underhill Gardens just north of Eagle off Highway 55. This fun and entertaining evening ends with a wet paint sale

ART ON THE ISLAND A Summer Evening of Art, Jazz & Wine Part art show, concert and wine festival, this one of a kind event is not to be missed! The Eagle Plein Air Festival is coming June 8 - 10, 2017 Entry Deadline: May 31, 2017 The 2017 Eagle Plein Air Festival will be held Thursday June 8 - Saturday June 10 in historic Eagle Idaho, along the scenic Boise River. It is a festival, exhibition and competition open to professional and nonprofessional artists seeking cash awards and ribbons totaling $3000. The first 50 artists to register will receive a Festival Swag Bag. Registration deadline is May 31, 2017. See our ad in Plein Air Magazine More details coming late winter 2017.

2016 Festival Highlights

In only it's second year, the Eagle Plein Air Festival exceeded expectations for the number of participants and patrons. The festival saw an impressive 40% increase in artists over the prior year. Dozens of painters were found all over Downtown Eagle, in fields and in the foothills. Artists Suzanne Chetwood & Toby Davis One of the many highlights was Friday's workshop taught by the visiting guest artist and Festival juror David Mensing.
