Where to Paint on the Payette River

The Payette is one of Idaho's beautiful wild and scenic rivers. Since Highway 55 follows along it's banks, it makes a great day drive from Eagle. Wednesday October 13 is the "Paint the Payette Day" of the Festival. Some have asked about places to paint along the Payette River, so I checked a few of them out and have listed them here. Mile Marker 74 - Chief Parrish is used as a launch or take-out spot primarily used by kayakers. The facilities include a small, gravel parking area, vault toilet, and three picnic tables.  https://www.blm.gov/visit/payette-river-chief-parrish Mile Marker 77 - This
