New LIVE Weekly TV Show Starts Friday

Join me on a new adventure!

Friday, March 16 is a day that will go down in history (at least for me anyway). It is my first ever Live TV show using Facebook’s new broadcast platform. I’m a little nervous since my record with technology is less than stellar, but this will be different. I’m going to rock this!

Let’s Talk About TV was created to help artists, and especially plein air painters, with issues that are unique to this ambitious group of artists. In an attempt to address these issues, I’ll be hosting a weekly 20 minute LIVE streamed TV interview show on Facebook for plein air artists. Each Friday @ 9am MST we’ll discuss a new tip for improving the plein air painting experience.

Tune in Friday and cheer me on… or watch the meltdown live, if all goes wrong. Either way, you’ll be entertained.

My first guest is Allison Schexnayder, an on line marketing expert that has found success building her web-based powerhouse, MarryMe.com.  This marketing maven is going to share tips for promoting yourself at art festivals and beyond. Ok, can I great real for a moment? Most artists cringe at the thought of promoting themselves. Which is why I wanted to tackle this topic first. So hang with me folks. Allison is here to help!

First off, if you’re an artist that shutters at the thought of selling yourself… (bare with me please)… get over it! You are always selling yourself. It’s time to embrace reality and get the confidence you need to feel good about promoting yourself (without be too salesy). Allison will guide you though real-world tips for using social media, local marketing and more to connect with buyers.

So, here’s what I need you to do.

  1. Tune in each Friday at 9:00am MST to https://www.facebook.com/eaglepleinair/
  2. Let me know you’re there. Give me a thumbs up. Heart me. Even better, post a comment or question. Get engaged in the conversation.
  3. Bring a friend.  Our Eagle Plein Air Painters group is the perfect place to connect with fellow plein air painters, share advice and get feedback in a supportive community.

See you online soon!
